Hello!

My name is Mathias and I´m from Autria. At the moment I stay
in Bucuresti, as my company has a site here.

Fishing is one of my hobby´s, so I would like to try my luck here
in rumania.
My favorite fishes are Mreana and Somn but also Salaul and Stiuca
I like to xxx.

I would be very happy, if someone can gibe me some support.

Why don't you try the Danube or Danube Delta. Is not so far from Bucharest.

Another option is represented by the "chain" of lakes wich surround Bucharest.You have many options for fishing near the city,for carp,pike,zander etc.

I will go to the danube delta next year for a couple of days or maybe longer, but at the moment I´m looking for some places which where I can go fishing for a couple of hours without driving more than 100km.

Which lakes do you mean?
What is with the rivers Lalomita, Prahova, Dambovita?
Is a fishing license required for this rivers?
Is it possible to xxx at the snagov lake?

For the rivers you have to get a license for fishing because they are public waters.But I suggest you to try some private lakes:Gostilele,Argova,Darvari( aprox 40km),Caldarusani,Cernica, Sarulesti,etc.It,s possible to xxx in Snagov but I don`t know about the potential because it`s a lot of pression there due to human activities on the lake

You can pay a daily taxa or an annual one.There is allowed to xxx with natural bait but only in agreement with the owner of the lake,not in every lake.I believe lure fishing is more attractive.

Can I go there and organise a boat with a guide?
I was not there until now, but I´m sure the area where you
can xxx is enormus. So without a boat and guide it
makes not much sence.

for danube delta you should use a google search as they have all the details in english too; all the pensions offer you alternatives for boats with guides so that's not a problem, there is a problem locating the xxx, especially the pike

If you are going for the first time in Danube Delta I would advice you to use Google in order to find useful information but... it is much better (in terms of money and satisfaction for a good fishing trip) to go there with someone who knows that location and prices. There are a lot of locations and opportunities for fishing but you need to choose one according to your needs; do you like the wild areas? do you want to have the accommodation only at the 3 stars hotel?
Please be aware that even if you are experienced in fishing in Danube Delta you may have ,,bad,, days but even so it's useful to have someone experienced with you.
I'm just going in there - perhaps you will see in one week some information posted on this site by me.
When you will arrange the travel details you need to discuss from the beginning the cost for boat ( per day including a guide and gas) especially for those ,,quick,, bots (could be very expensive - saving time).
