dupa vreo 3 zile ma uit si ce sa vezi, order cancelled
bineinteles fara sa ma anunte cineva
intru furios ( ca ma cam grabesc ) sa ma cert cu Customer Supportul
intai aia nu stiau de ce a fost anulat
dupa care primesc un mail mail de la ei ca orderul a fost anulat de ei din cauza de " shipping restrictions "
eu le spun ca sunt idioti ca am pierdut 3 zile si nu m-a informat nimeni in momentul in care mi-au anulat orderul
( bineinteles, banii au fost blocati de ei pe cardul meu, rezervarea expira in 30 de zile, eu am ramas cu banii blocati, trebuie sa ma duc la bancpost sa ma cert cu ei sa anuleze rezervarea, bancpost-ul nu vrea fara notificare de la cabelas, etc etc )
drept raspuns imi scrie cineva si imi spune ca mai nou nu se stie cum s-a anulat orderul, ca a facut-o computerul

plus ca omul habar nu are ca sistemele lor rezerva suma pe card in secunda in care se plaseaza orderul

I am very sorry for your inconvenience regarding this order. However, I have done more checking into this order and it looks as if no associate within Cabela's ever entered or cancelled this order. From the information we have provided to us on our system it shows the only access that was ever done on this order was done through the intranet. From the first time I had looked at the order I thought the most logical reason was due to the item restriction, but as you advised nobody told you the order was cancelled that is not something we generally do here so I looked at this order with my supervisor. The order shows that it was cancelled by the computer, otherwise it would show me who from Cabela's entered the order and who cancelled it. Also the representative would have left notes as to why the order was cancelled and e-mailed you to advise it was. I do apologize for the confusion on my part, but now I see that this order was not cancelled by anybody within our company. Actually from the information it shows that the customer cancelled the order, which would be you. However if you did not cancel this order, then you might have made a mistake while placing the order so it did not transmit correctly. As of right now it shows that the order was cancelled due to you changing your mind. Also in regards to you stating we are holding your money, from the information I show that no autorization was even processed before the order was cancelled so Cabela's should not be the one reserving any amount of money from your account.
