Dear Sir,

We appreciate your point of view as being pursuant to CIPS Statute. We would like to mention that AGVPS in Romania is not a sport federation or other sport structure recognized by The Romanian State and subsequently does not have the right of representation in sport fishing and casting field.
According to Article 6 (2), lit. b in CIPS Statute, AGVPS Romania cannot be a CIPS member in the ****.
We send you in attachment to this letter The Romanian Government Point of View regarding the AGVPSR and FRPS legal situation.
Also, we consider that The Carp Fishing World Championship 2014 is an event that regards Romania and not AGVPSR. If we take into consideration Law no. 69/2000 regarding Physical Education and Sports, official competitions are authorized by Romanian Ministry of Youth and Sport`s, at national sport federations request. FRPS is legally authorized for this procedure.
Taking into consideration all the above and also CIPS Statute, we respectfully ask you to take note of the fact that AGVPSR does not represent sport fishing in Romania and is no longer a member of CIPS.
We emphasize that romanian sportsmen results in official CIPS/FIPS competitions cannot be acknowledged by The Romanian State as long as AGVPSR is not a sport structure recognized by The Romanian State. Therefore, they will not have the national recognition and other advantages according to the law.
