Carbon fiber “Torayca” T1100G of Toray Industries, Inc., which achieved both high strength and high modulus, is the highest strength carbon fiber developed for the next generation aerospace.
Offering the quality features of TORAYCA®, the prepreg is widely used in aircraft applications such as the tail planes and floor beams of Boeing 777s, as well as sporting applications including fishing rods.
Toray developed new matrix resins by applying the NANOALLOY® technology in recent years.
Furthermore, the composite combining the resins with the TORAYCA® T1100G has achieved higher strength and modulus of elasticity.

-G-MAPS -Graphiteleader Multi Angle Ply System
We succeeded in making blanks with enhanced power and strength by adopting a more advanced manufacturing method called G-MAPS. The G-MAPS manufacturing method is a method in which a multilayered structure is taken in using an extremely thin carbon prepreg and further the fiber angle is arranged obliquely in a part of the layers, so that the torsional rigidity can also be enhanced. It is an excellent technique.Therefore, the blanks of the G-MAPS can be said to be a high-tech blank with a performance that could not be achieved by the conventional general manufacturing method, which is light but powerful. Combining this with 4-axis cloth, multi-axis fabric, etc. makes it possible to make blanks which can be said to be the ultimate.
-Kevlar Graphite Cloth
Composite fabric of Kevlar fiber and carbon fiber have high strength and excellent impact resistance. It has outstanding strength and feeling which could not be done with carbon alone. By blending with a bias cut against the blanks, the multi-axis effect is demonstrated, and the strength in the twisting / crushing direction / the following performance of the blank was improved.
